Building blocks for the stakeholder strategy

During a workshop on September 17th, different stakeholders discussed a map with relevant information, to complete missing data, opportunities and other relevant information on a variety of topics. We also determined how we as city services and district heating company (Beauvent) can combine our strengths so as not to miss any opportunities.

One week later, on September 24th, we held another workshop with a broader range of participants. Now that the actors had been mapped out and the challenges are clear, it was time to develop our strategy! Insights from the first stakeholder workshop  (24/6/2025) were presented: the stakeholder network, the mutual expectations, and the ambitions and goals for the stakeholder strategy.

We worked on three tracks:

  • How do we shape the cooperation between the key actors?
  • How do we involve neighborhood organizations and citizens in imagining and shaping their energy future?
  • What does a communication and support process for future heat customers look like?

Together we completed the building blocks for the stakeholder strategy and determined the priorities, next steps and actions, and a timeline for the coming months (and years).
