After sharing videos and pictures on social media from the site visits and the public event hosted in Ostend last November, it's time to share some brief insights on the meetings and exchanges between the partners and stakeholders.
📌 About stakeholders
The partnership has mapped stakeholders and is trying to understand the drivers and barriers for the different stakeholder groups. A communication plan is is coming up.
📌 About the financial model
The goal is to provide fair prices for end-users. This is a challenge because a fair price will most probably not cover the real costs and investments. We would like to build a model that can be used in all four pilot cities and add specific parameters that vary per city. If we succeed, we hope this will be useful for other cities developing district heating networks as well!
