Monday October 6th we had the first stakeholder workshop in Dunkerque with the Communauté Urbaine, Ville, Partenord Habitat and Dalkia. We explored the challenges and strategies to engage and support inhabitants of Les Glacis neighbourhood throughout the rehabilitation of their buildings and the individualisation of their energy bill. The aim is to empower them to be ‘actors of their own heating system’!
